BioShock Infinite PC controls

I just started playing BioShock Infinite for the first time and I'm finding the default PC controls to be very counter-intuitive and a pain in general. I absolutely loved the original BioShock and I found the controls in that game to be great. I know you can change the controls but I honestly don't know what to change them to. If anyone out there has a good system for the BioShock Infinite controls I would love to hear it. Thanks. PS, in case this makes a difference I have a gaming mouse with thumb buttons
