Well, she's a fictional and imaginary character without any sort of real-world counterpart, so it doesn't actually matter, anyway. It's "all cool", strictly speaking, regardless of the answer. Technically, she and all the other characters debuting in BS:I would legally have only just hit double digits with their ages in the past few years, since that's as far back as their copyright probably goes, and while the date they were conceived of is hard to pin down unless the creators happen to know the exact moment, even that's probably not been much more than 10-15 years ago. So as far as it concerns the real world, it's basically a pointless consideration for anything not having to do with copyright law or narrative continuity, in this case.
