Installing this game
I bought the entire collection to take advantage of the Steam sale going on, but when I tried to install the game, it says they would take a very long time, with Infinite taking 5 days to complete, and the original Bioshock taking two days, and I don't know what to do about that, so I refunded them.

I did buy another game that was supposedly going to take 10 hours to install, but took about an hour, instead, so I'm wondering if this game is going to be the same way, not taking as long as it said it will.

I run Windows 10 on an HP Notebook, and I have an AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon HD Graphics processor, but I don't know about my sound card or video card.

Is there something something I need that I don't have, or is it the kind of PC I am using? It can run many games just fine, and it probably could run Bioshock Infinite just fine if I could get it installed.

Should I go ahead and buy the games and try to install it later at a better time or when I have the right components?

Yeah, the place I'm staying at right now does not exactly have the best wi-fi, but what programs in particular could be affecting the downloads?

You might have issues with your network? I have 400 down and 25 up and Steam is pretty much the ONLY network out on the webs (besides torrents) to saturate my 400 down.
