Stuck at the Hand of the Prophet

Right in the beginning of the chapter im unable to leave the elevator, cause i get spawned under it and can walk outside of the map. Restarting the level and playing the previous didnt helped really...

Same happened to me like 50 minutes ago. I've soved it by restarting the level and switched graphics to medium settings instead of ultra and turned vsync on

To be honest I cant remember that. Well its one year ago, but in my dark memories this didnt work for me. I´m sorry about the solution...

Never had this issues years ago when played. redid the whole previous level, switched to first two vigors, had shotgun. AND STILL no different. reduced all graphics to low. The only way out for me is to kill myself with RPG proximity :(

I know Im a bit late but you can "Kill" yourself meaning that Elizabeth will save you and you will lose some money by running off behind the elevator where you will fall. This brings you inside the room outside the elevator.

Vsync is what worked for me, i did NOT have the crank gun equipped.

I put the screen in windowed mode and I play again the last level than works. I hope this tip gonna be useful to someone.
