Game STILL won't start.

Loading screen from Steam VR comes up. Disappears. Uninstalled, reinstalled, updated drivers, verified files. Still nothing. Seem to be a problem for more than just me if you read the forums. NO other problems with any other VR titles. Are you people going to ever address this issue?

Hey Slugger. iv had this issue on both my vr headsetts, the only way i could fix this if i deleted the profile folder with all the render files, the game glitch it self sometimes. reinstalling wont help ither, for me it was only possible to fix this when i deleted profile folder and tried again.

AMD 3900x, MSI 3090 and 16gb ram, my specs are more than enough and I cant even get past the start screen without being stuck on 2 fps...

Unfortunately, due to recent updates Meta made to their Avatar system, certain features no longer support older CPUs without specific instruction sets. This may be the reason you are experiencing these crashes. We recommend contacting Meta Support and sharing this information with them so they can hopefully provide a solution and answer any questions you may have about this current issue.

Meta? Like FaceBook? I have nothing to do with that (and would not if you put a gun to my head). I use WMR. Don't hurt yourself with supporting this for me anymore. I'll just uninstall, remove from account and go on to something better.

i still have the same problem. it just opens for like 5 seconds and then closes

The Avatar system in PokerStars VR is created and owned by Meta no matter what headset or platform you are using to access the game.

I dont see any profile folders, what is the name of the folder that needs to be deleted

yeah past few updates messed it up - this whole favoring meta thing is getting annoying if its truly that as you say - just boxing out the other platforms that use it is concerning. i didnt really say much after losing the quick gestures for index controllers even though the instructions still say that you can do them. ive tried every which way still nothing after knowing how to use it for so long but thats besides the point.

not being able to load the game when the lobby is crawling at a low fps then crashing the headset while controllers stay connected in game

only game that has done that to my index

i cant make one step in the lobby it locks up that bad and crashes my headset - two updates ago it was fine
