Curious if Devs know that poker hands winning order is bugged

Happens quite often and people usually talk about it. But weaker hands will be awarded wins sometimes. 2 pairs will beat straight for example. Or two people have the same pair but the person with the lower high card will win. This doesn't just happen to me but lots of players in rooms I'm in.
Hope you guys fix it because love the game otherwise. But I've lost a lot of money due to the bug.

I've never encountered that kind of a bug. The computation seems pretty accurate to me, but you could always prove me wrong with a screenshot that display the issue next time you encounter it.
Losing hands are sometimes awarded wins of a split pot if they go all-in before anyone else, and stuff like that. It's basic Hold'em rules which I'm positive you already know well, just saying to clear up potential confusion.

Hey this is incorrect the game will always pay out hands correctly.

What you're likely seeings is if one player has more chips then another in a multiway all in they will be winning side pots that a player with a better hand didn't have the chips to participate in.

You can verify every hand in the hand history matchlog file.
