I messed around with drivers but that wasn't it. Had old nvidia drivers and updated to 551.86 but still crashing
Unfortunately it no longer works with this one either!
I hope that I will receive information from support soon...
Thanks Razorsharp, I'll try it!
I haven't heard anything from support either :(
Does not seem like I have "Preferred Refresh Rate" and "Monitor Technology" but I had the rest. I'll give it a try
There is a bug in the Unity Engine:
https://issuetracker-mig.prd.it.unity3d.com/issues/lockbufferforwrite-multiple-uploads-in-flight-for-buffer-message-is-thrown-when-using-computebuffer-dot-beginwrite
Can you please create a free account there and vote for it so that the issue can be resolved quickly?
I've looked in my player.log and I am not getting the same error as you are :(
Awesome, thanks for letting us know! I see there's a new update available for download now, over 1gb. Maybe a patch?
:(
Same error here, this is a terrible bug as I cant play for more than 20 minutes sometimes. I guess there's not much more we can do, I already sent the logs to support.
Still, if this was a unity bug this would be much more serious I think. There must be something further up the chain triggering this. And I'm assuming this doesn't happen on the Meta headsets, Steam bug??
20 minutes sounds like paradise compared to what I'm getting. I'm lucky if I get to 3 whole minutes before it just crashes everything.
You can see on the Unity Ticker website that it is only reproducible with some Unity versions on Windows 11...
