In looking at my posting on #bug-reporting on discord from 30/8/20, it appears that no one has looked at my case.
BUT people who have made refund requests after mine have had their cases dealt with and obtained their refunds!
This leads me to believe that I am being deliberately ignored?
I have now posted some messages directly to developers via discord.
I really like this game and had a lot of respect for the developers but am becoming increasingly frustrated at the contempt I'm being treated with.
For the record, I lost 491.5K of chips. Is that why I'm being ignored, they don't want to refund that much?
Do they think I'm lying? I've got THREE screenshots to prove I'm not.
I would really like to post here soon that my case has been looked at and that they have done the right thing.
It was via discord and I had to send my screenshots.
Consequently, I got the full amount of chips that I lost returned.
I received an apology due to my case being accidentally missed.
Happy now.

Are you a licensed grief councilor by any chance?
If so, I might suggest you try another career path.
