Button Input not working

I just joined and got prompted into a tutorial. I'm trying to get through it but my button inputs are not working. I can move my hands, but using the joystick navigations as an example does not work. Oculus rift... PLEASE HELP

UPDATE: I fixed this issue. If you notice that you can't switch to the Vegas Infinite default inputs in SteamVR settings, somethings wrong

How I fixed:

Uninstalled SteamVR and Vegas Infinite.

Went into you Steam programs folders and delete anything Poker Stars and SteamVR related files.

Relaunched steam and re downloaded both programs. Then it worked
