Easy Anti-Cheat Not Installed

When i start the game, i have windows opening and easy anti-cheat install, but it fail and i can only quit the game, tried everything. I reinstalled the game multiple time, got the anticheat software from their website... nothin work... anybody already got and solve that problem ??
