I a constantly stuck on the loading screen

the game never loads in, i am stuck on the loading screen, it doesnt crash just doesnt load. im not sure if im banned because if i am i do not know why. please help i was quite enjoying the game then all of a sudden i cant play.

same here right after the update, it happened before the update too but usually using task manager to end it then restart would fix it, but now it does not.

Suddenly after the update this game is not allowed in my jurisdiction. Its not real money so it should not be an issue. I am in the US in the state of Oregon

From what I understand, they added a store where you can purchase chips. Sooooo maybe.

If that's the case they will reduce the amount of players able to play by a super huge amount. I would expect the chip store would give the out of jurisdiction msg. must be a bug.

I sent an email to their support and the answer I got was, "thanks for reporting the bug we are working on it." So I am left wondering if I got a CANNED response to my inquiry or if they legitimately know that this is a huge issue or not.

Any possibility of getting a little more information that we are aware of it? It sounds like you guys have no idea why this is happening. What I have noticed, since the day I installed it, is that the app has an issue transitioning from the animation at startup (Power Stars avi or mp4) to placing the logo in the corner of the mirrored window. Or, since there is no indication that a person is banned that the servers are having difficulty parsing banned from non banned players.
It would be nice to know if we are looking at a 30 day or 30 hour fix. I love the game, so If I sound a little twitchy, I am dying to see the updates.

From what I have read here, they have added the option to play for real money. This is not legal everywhere so they had to implement a location check to prevent illegal use of real money. It seems to me that they must have implemented this at the beginning of the load of the game instead of implementing the check during the attempt of buying real money chips like they should have. Therefore, I am guessing this was unintentional and undesirable and will be fixed. I am guessing this would be a quick and easy fix. I am also going to guess they will fix it fast because people who experience this may not ever return to the game thinking that's just the way it is now. Therefore they will want to limit the number of people who experience the jurisdiction message.
