For normal mode, yes. I don't know if there's anything extra for a no-save extra mode run.

There's not a new ending for a no-save extra mode run. Apologies if that's a bit on the disappointing side or a spoiler, but the last thing I want is for you to put hella time into doing it (because it really is hard) only to find out there's not something different waiting for you.
