I would attempt this myself if there is confirmation of additional story dialog or rewards after completion. The extra mode is no joke!

I don't hate myself enough to try. I can do normal mode just fine, but extra is too unforgiving. They weren't kidding when they said it was a punishing experience.

I tried. But there is NO difference from normal no save run(including true ending script). Elen just closed her diary without any dialog. So sad :(

It's a bit sad there's nothing special for doing this kind of run. It seems like an oversight to an otherwise excellent game.

It's easy once you memorize all the blood spots, the only element that throws you off is the blood in the chef's room is randomly up or down, but the spawn for the enemy is just slow enough for you to identify where it is. If you go for the knife beware the new spots on the way back.

The spots are probably why the movement is tile-based...
