Probably the reason they can't do it is due to licensing issues. Hopefully one day they will add this classic back to Steam, I have fond memories of playing it as a kid on arcade machines. Although, I remember emulating it not too long ago >:)

The only time they made AvP available is when they made that 200+ dollar Capcom home arcade stick. Which is a shame because it means they *did* license the game. Just not for anything but that pricey thing. Here's some info on it. https://capcomhomearcade.com/

Yeah, that's what gives me hope - if it can be licensed for that, then why not Steam?
