I remember there was a balloon boss too.
I think for Mr Burns you had to use your special attack at the right time.
The trick to a lot of these bosses was to attack (especially with your special attack) -above- or -below- them at the right frames, so that they 'hit' your attack as they move into you. Never attack them directly on the same plane or you get rekt.
I don't think there was any use for the "spinning" (not the A+B; I think you had to move the stick in a 360 motion?) attack that Bart did. Doing that often got you hit.
I don't think Crime FIghters was even possible. Konami loved to ramp up the difficulty on US versions of their games. For the same reason, Dark Adventure is impossible to 1cc, unlike the japanese version, Devil World.
But beating any of those on one quarter? No way, that's crazy.
Dungeons and Dragons SOM I also beat in 1 credit with every character except the Dwarf.
Final Fight I could 1 credit the game if the dipswitches were set to extend every 200k.
I still want to 1 credit Knights of the Round and AvsP.

But to stay on topic. I did Double Dragon 1 and 2, Pit Fighter and Super Sidekicks 2 1cc. I learned a good strat for the golem boss recently with raph on TMNT too. You can stun lock those bosses by getting on the same horizontal but slightly higher or lower on the Vertical plane and press Up if your above him and smash the attack button and reverse for under him.
I remember with the TMNT Turtles in time arcade me and my brother and this other random dude we got to like the pirate ship level and we ran out of tokens/money. We were close to beating it. If we had more tokens/Money then we would have done it.
Thank you for that CC video.
Yeah, the CC in the 7-11 where I played this in Cerritos long ago, was set to a MUCH higher difficulty than this. I remember the health counter dropping significantly faster and you didn't gain as much between levels. I mean I could be remembering it wrong too but this video looks substantially easier than they had it set to.
The guy is really good at the game it says in the description that its 150 restore setting, I belive it is max difficulty though. Speaking of games with death clocks Guardians of the Hood was an awful one for that easly the cheapest coin muncher ever.
