Synth Riders

Enjoying the game so much lately!
I just want to say that this has replaced Beat Saber as my #1 vr game. I even bought the dlc packs even though I wasn't crazy about the featured bands, just to support the game, and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

Standout features for me is just how big the song library is compared to other rhythm games (I'm a little biased because synthwave is my fave genre), and the amount of different environments and how great they look. And let's not forget about the experience songs! (Which I only discovered last weekend???)

In the future, aside from music packs of course, I hope there are more environments available! Would be cool to get a couple new ones with each music pack. Would be amazing for 1 experience per pack too.

Devs, keep doing what your doing! I used to to recommend Beat Sabre to my friends, but I'm all about Synth Riders now, there's no going back! :D

The first line describes my own experience exactly! I even made that point (SR replacing BS) in my review. Although I have 85+ hours in BS, it just feels so "mechanical" when compared to the fluidity of SR. I really hope that SR continues to be developed because it really is the premiere VR rhythm experience.

If you haven't already, check out Synth Riderz [synthriderz.com]. Excellent custom maps and at least one user is an official mapper for SR.

Mintybee thank you SO MUCH for sharing this! We are delighted to hear that you enjoy Synth Riders.

We are definitely thinking about more environments (Stages) along with new Experiences. Did you have a chance to check out the Spin Mode? It's my personal favorite way to play the game :)

If you'd like to support us, please consider leaving a review to help other players discover the game.

Beat Saber? What's that? ...Oh I remember. ! I used to play that also before I discovered Synth Riders.

Out of all the music games I've played so far, SR beats the pants off of the rest. I haven't played Audio Trip yet though.

I encourage people to play multiple rhythm games, as it's just better for your body to have different movements. Personally, I play Audioshield, OhShape & Synth the most, but have been known to bust out the PS2 & the DDR dance mat to play that really badly at times!
I never liked beat saber, to me it felt like it belonged on the wii or the switch. Synthriders forces me to move my whole body so I feel it's better suited for vr than BS.
I've been playing more often lately for fun and fitness. I feel i've lost all I can on keto alone and now i'm adding this into mix, manboobs gone now lol.
