Little Sister Gathering Adam

Defeating a Big Daddy is annoying, but adopting a little sister and trying to defend her while she takes about 1 minute to harvest ADAM of corpses is even more annoying. Can I just put her in the vent? Will it effect my ending? So far, I have rescued all the little sisters, no harvesting, but its getting to the point where I really don't want to protect them from getting ADAM. Is it alright to put them in the vent as soon as you find a little sister? Will I still get the good ending?

I did a few times, the only thing you have to do to get the good ending is not harvest them, how many times you use them to get adam doesn't seem to matter beyond the ability to buy upgrades.

Not to be rude, but you can just use the cheat code to give you adam, then not deal the the little sisters at all. Except where scripted of course.

haha nah im alright. i wanna save them so i can get the 'Dealt with Every Little Sister' and 'Saviour' achievements, thanks anyways
