How to start Minerva's Den

I've already played through Bioshock 2, and tried to jump off from a few different starting points and nothing kicks in advising about the different Big Daddy types, or the quest line. I started over now but I'm wondering how much more I have to play through to kick in the content, or if there's a problem with my license or purchase.

It is in the Main Menu under "Extras", under "Play Downloadable Content" but only if you have bought it.

OMG thank you. I cant' believe it's that simple and I feel like a moron. I'm used to Xbox where you just start the game and gives you new objectives and bonuses.
