Plasmids Stop Functioning

I'm using my plasmids in siren alley, then all the sudden Delta's left hand is gone and I can't use any of my plasmids. The only thing I have been able to do about this is kill my self or pick up a little sister. Although I use these methods that doesn't mean it doesn't happen again later on, sometimes only 1 minute later from me killing my self. I know a patch is there version 1.0.0.1., but I can't find it nor do I know if it even works.

Can someone help me with this problem? does anyone know what to do to fix this, its really hard to enjoy the game game like this.

Hmm, I had the same bug. I managed to fix it by right-clicking and the plasmid reappeared. I'm guessing that fix didn't work for you?

Use "Zoom" while repeatedly clicking "Change Plasmid" button. That's what helped me to fix the bug.

Thank all of you for responding to me so quickly. No, I still had plenty of Eve when this bug occurred. I haven't yet tried some of those ideas yet, I appreciate the ideas everyone I'll have to give them a try! Hope none of you are still having this glitch.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this actually worked, you're a legend.

This glitch happened to me after I used the Scout plasmid, then Telekinesis and then Cyclone Trap, and immediately returning to my body. It also happened if I did the same but let the game force me to back to my body. So my guess is it maybe has to do with using cyclone trap before going back to your body
