Report a translation problem
If that doesn't fix the problem, try looking on the internet for a Bioshock 2 save file someone has uploaded. Download it, throw it in your C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Bioshock2\SaveGames folder, and try loading it.
If that doesn't fix it, try reinstalling.
If you start a new game, can you load any of your saves?
Here I've assembled solution for the most common issues with running Bioshock 2
*EDIT . Ok , doing the: set launch options and inputing -dx9 ; WORKED !!! ( doing the dx9 change thing in the games menu does not) . Anyway ...Thx Denis :D
