What happens if I dont kill the Big Daddies

The game forces you to kill that first big daddy you encounter, i guess to prepare you for fighting them later on.

But ya know, I dont really wanna kill thos dude since they are really good guys. I like them.


They aint bad dudes, since they dont attack you unless you try and feck with their shizzle nizzle or teh little sistarz.


I was wondering, apart from the obvious (no "ADAM" for powers and you cant recuse the little sisters), what happens if you play the rest of the game without killing them?

Will this auto give you a bad ending for not recusing the little sisters?

It just feels wrong to kill the Big Daddies, they obvously care about the little sisters. And the little sisters seem happen enough, even tho they are losing there minds ((which is maybe why they are happy))

But since neither Big Daddies or Little Sisters seem to mind being they way they are, I dont mind leaving them, cause I dont wanna kill teh Big Daddehz :'<.

Later on a story mission will force you to kill at least three big daddys and deal with their little sistes... but as long as you do not harvest any little sister the good endings should come out, also depends how you treat some special NPCs you will encounter.

So is it considered "Bad / Evil" to not rescuse the Little Sisters and completely leave them left alone with there Big Daddys to wonder Rapture forever?

Yes I was asking in more of a personal moral way.

I know the bad ending comes about by harvesting the little sisters, it makes sence.There is no way I would go that tho, I just couldnt do it laddie.

I already kinda feel bad enough just leaving them, but the Big Daddies aint bad dudes, and the littles sisters arent suffering and they are well looked after, so i didnt wanna mess that up for them. :'<

I already learnt that the little sisters are from the surface and the Big Daddies where volunteers from the prison, which is all rather sad :<

Its why I feel bad for also choosing to be neutral, but the little sisters dont seem to be missing home (if they can even remember) and I just feel so bad for the Big Daddies 2)



Im not to bad with spoilers, (unless its something im sure id rather not know) but I do still like to leave some stuff to learn more about while actually in the game. So I dont always just drive right into wikipedia, but in the end I no doubt will.

Ive already seen all the Cutscences for Infinite and read about it and to be honest it just made me wanna play it more. And im looking forward to catching the bits you miss by not actually getting to play.

I love the lore and story of all these games, even tho Bioshock 1 wouldnt work when I had Windows 7, so I had to start on Bioshock 2.

I will definitely be going back to play Bioshock 1 tho, definitely :>
