Level 12 elevator moves too fast for me (Solved)
I managed to swap the top most connector, but one is opposite the elevator control and I just can't manipulate the bar. Not sure if I am too slow or just not quite in the right place. Is there any way to slow things down?
I suspect I am just screwed.

Missed the obvious - leave the elevator control in the middle position. I just thought it was an up/down choice (oh well).
