Trophy Code is not working in Claire's 2nd

I am currently playing Claire's second run. I just got the code from the trophy to open up the drug testing lab, but the code is not working. I checked online to make sure that the code is correct and it is. I even tried it with the 2 versions of the tall rectangle shape. It will not work, so I can not move any further in the game. It's also weird that after I viewed the code on the trophy the red check mark did not show up like it did when I did it in Leon's run through.

You're using the one from the 2nd run, not the first, right?
