i have the same thing try to reinstall graphics driver i did this for my nvidia and now it's working fine !!!

it a bug that can randomly happen its just visual though does not effect performance or cause any issues from it

It does not affect performance for me. The game runs fine, the only exceptions being stuttering and micro-freezing before major events.

me too, mine is 1070 O8G. I have no idea why the game only shows 4GB
