FPS Drop/ Game Unplayable
PLaying the game as normal with 140fps then suddenly it will drop. SOmetimes to 50 fps most of the time to 1 fps.

Has anybody had the same issue and is there a fix yet?

I am also having extreme issues with frame rate dropping even in the menus . It will just drop for no reason no matter what is going on in game.

There's always a reason, just need to do basic diagnostic to find it.

Extreme fps drop in the east oustide and inside area of the police station, where the zombies want to get inside through the metal gates and then you go inside where there is this fog and then I'm just experiencing massive frame drops, the frames just skip. I had to exit the game twice and relaunch it because of this.

Did you all tried to set max fps to 60fps ? it helps here.
The only fix for stuttering and frame drops that worked for me is putting your fps from variable to 60 and turning off screen space reflections "They are broken and horrible looking, especially later on in game" And i feel that if capcom was going to try and fix it they would have by now.

I aslo set everything to off and low. It works fine. no drops or lags.

On of the best things for increase of performance, I found out is to turn your texture quality on low, and have everything else on. Although it seems ot work fine, even on max texture quality, after a while is just starts lagging like crazy, and nothing solves the lag as setting the textures on the lowest settings, IMO.

Just so people don't think it's fixed. I had a solid 60 fps with max settings for the first 4 play throughs (Leom and Claire A and B runs) on my Acer Nitro 5. I have the AMD setup. Then all of a sudden I'm barely pushing 40 fps with large drops down to 1 fps. This makes the game unplayable. Would really like to know what's going on.
