Re2 Fatal D3D Error
Well, the game opened and the bonuses work, but then the error appears

the same thing in story mode so when you do the first cutscene of the walk, it shows the error

I had tested a pirated version, the game opened and ran perfectly, no directx problem

but today I bought the game and it gives me the directx problem

my laptop:

intel celeron n4020
8gb ram
intel uhd graphic 600

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Try putting the game in DX11 mode.

Right click > Properties > Betas > DX11 beta

The official game was converted to DX12 a while after launch.

It's bizarre that in the dtx11 version the graphics memory turns red 1.50/0.90

while on dtx12 it stays 0.50/2.1, which means that on dtx12 it runs perfectly

I wanted to find a way to increase graphic memory the game

Well the DX12 version is overall significantly more demanding than the DX11 version. In your case, you may want to look at getting a dedicated GPU if possible. With the new 5000-series Nvidia cards coming next month you're likely to start seeing good deals on older cards.

Yes, you can. External GPUs are an option.

As I said in the other thread: You are miles below the minimum requirements for the game.

The game is not to blame.

I can say this really and it's strange, but it makes sense
