So either people haven't been noticing this problem over the past month, or I'm somehow missing something even though the map is cleared of all the items I have access to.
The Heart Key exists in the cheat sheets but its called Lover's Relief. you get the key after examining the Lover's Relief.
and yeah this probably had something to do with the logic being used in the randomizer. The easy fix would be to NOT let the Lover's Relief spawn on the rooftop. If that's not possible, then maybe let the lover's relief spawn in the G1 fight similar to how the diamond key always spawns in the G1 fight.
Funny thing to point out is that after 6+ runs on Claire B (with and without mixing weapon sets) I would ALWAYS find the square crank and use it. Which is funny since that is totally optional for Claire and you wouldn't even get it in a normal run.
I've found that also, where there seems to be set items that are always found. Seems weird that it is set up that way. This game is just extremely weird with it's triggers for things though. Like not being able to open the fence gate to the orphanage unless you beat the G1 fight. You can open the garage gate, and do everything else, but they draw the line at the fence next to Kendo's shop. Same thing with being able to access the clock tower, but you can't interact with anything until you reach whatever point first. It makes no sense that they programmed the game like that.
