Why mods are not working?

Hello, I have a problem with my RE2 mods. So, I installed non-rt version of the game to install some mods like outfits for claire, mod manager didn't detect any error or something, but when I enter the story mode and choose claire story the outfit is not working, why is this happening?

PS: I tried 13 different mods and every of them not working in-game even when mod manager says that the mod is compatibile.

I guess that's a no.

The outfits are what is being modified to put in new ones. They are replacing in game outfits.

So I need any costume dlc right?

You need whichever one the modder is replacing.

Yea, I bought one that modder is replacing for example claire noir but it still doesn't work.

Needing the costume mods is a recent change.

It wasn't like that before the final update to the dx11 branch right before they dropped support. Probably why the mod pages don't mention it.

This doesn't work, nothing i have tried works mods simply do not work, capcom has done this to monster hunter too

make sure your mod manager is the newest one, and you are using mods for the correct version of the game (non_rt vs rt builds)

how about the angry claire mod? do i need the rtx too?
