Now, as for comparing Deluxe vs City edition... Well, deluxe is mainly costumes. The only item in there I couldn't do without is the original soundtrack that can be swapped in. That's a wonderful addition. It has a few extra weapons in the game that have slightly different models: the Samurai's Edge. If you have an emotional attachment to the Samurai's Edge from the original, you can unlock an infinite ammo version in the game and call it good. I never used the dlc models even once, thinking they were some kind of dlc super weapon, but I don't have any evidence to support that. I just wanted to play the game the way it was originally meant to be played. As a rule, I never use dlc weapons.
Raccoon is okay. Having 3 is well, it's not nothing. It's just 1 run was good enough for me. Despite all this, I'd STILL rather just take the deluxe and get 3 on a deep, deep sale when you have some passing interest.
Hoping this helps.
thanks, it does
at the time the games came out, I absolutely hated tank controls and also the limited save system, and while they did cut a lot out of the games, 2 has enough of it still there to be good, while 3... even though I didn't play it new I still know how much they screwed that up.
though for completeness sake, I will get both.
