No turning back after 3 medal statue is unlocked?

Once I move past this statue part, I'm just wondering if it will be possible to go back and revisit the police station area? There are locked areas with possible useful items and weapons I didn't manage to figure out how to get to yet.

you will return to station no matter what at least 1 more time after the statues part,you can also get back to station 2nd time during the sewers part-tho its not as straight forward
