When is Resident Evil - Code: Veronica X remake?

The Veronica Remake idea is in stasis, the fan made project was stopped by Capcom last year and Capcom haven't announced any plans of their own.

I never play this game before.
I guess I have to play use dolphin gamecube.

Yes, Codename Veronica & Codename Veronica X were both console games only. Find a copy and grab an emulator, I understand it's a good RE instalment. It was supposed to be RE3 but Capcom changed their mind and released Nemesis instead. Good luck.
