THIS!!!
Looks awesome, but it seems like the CGI cutscenes are still on their original format. I saw those RE2 cutscenes with AI machine upscale on Youtube and they look pretty incredible.. why not bring them into this mod too?
The aspect ratio has to be like this however, it's hardcoded like this on GC, using a 4:3 AR would squish everything between the black bars.

You want to download the new version of Dolphin we provide in this pack because it was further tweaked for the wildcard textures management since RE2 1.1 update. If you're familiar with the RE2 pack then you are in familiar territory here. I hope you'll enjoy this ! Big shoutout to my teammate MoArtis without whom this would have never been possible.
You need that special build, it has mandatory textures management features that regular Dolphin doesn't have.
Many textures with text look mirrored for some reason. I'm not sure if they are in the original game. Some high-detailed backgrounds don't look properly. For example, flowers near the door with the battery.
With prefetched textures Dolphin consumes 9 GB of RAM. Isn't that too much considering there are 4 GB of textures? I have 32 GB of RAM, so this is not a problem for me, but it's strange to see it needs double amount of RAM to store textures.
Torrent files need more seeds, my download of FMV pack for RE2 is stuck at 70%.
On your website it's said RE1 is going to get an HD pack too. Is this the Gamecube remake or original RE1? AFAIK, PS1 and Saturn emulators don't have "override textures" feature.
About RE1 we're waiting for a compatibility with Classic Rebirth and HD textures (if that ever becomes a reality). For now it's on stand-by.
About RE3, a lot of details in the BG do display reversed. It would be impossible to correct everything, we'll try to tackle the very obvious ones with future updates.
About the torrent yes, there's not much people seeding it. Bit of a pain, I agree. You can't download from a direct link ?
If I understand that correctly, Classic Rebirth is a hack of the original port of RE1 to Windows 95. But isn't that port too old to handle gigabytes of HD textures? I played it on Windows 2000, and even this was too new for it, only allowing to run it windowed at 320×240 or upscaled 640×480 resolution and at 16-bit colour mode only.
