Well, you could add it to your inventory if you found out it's item number in cheat engine.
For whatever reason Cheat Engine works fine in RE2, they had special code in RE7 to crash it if you started Cheat Engine.

complete no way out using less than 60 handgun bullets and i think thats it, there might be 1 other requirement but im not sure.
