The soldier's ending has him killed off by Ada when he was planning to use the tram to escape. Of all the three characters in the DLC, this one seems to be the only one that can be canon.
The Ghost Survivor DLCs aren't canon. They are "what if" stories.
Though regardless of how she "dies." Ada survives to throw the rocket launcher to Leon. The ghost survivors aren't canon though, disregard her robbing the soldier.
She didn't fall in Leon B. I am pretty sure that they consider the fall canon, just pointing that out. She "died" from Mr. X slamming her into something in B.
No, I'm just an idiot and read that wrong. I haven't played that one yet and read it as the soldier killing Ada, not the other way around. 13 Hour work days fry the mind QUITE well. xD
But that was only from Capcom employees words, since as I said, none other canon game ever touches the subject of how she was supposedly killed. You can see some scars on her on the RE3 Ada epilogue, but that could have been from either the fall or the Mr. X's attack.
I mean, I'm pretty sure that most people considered Leon A and Claire B canon for the longest time. It makes sense; Leon was disc 1 and Claire was disc 2. It wasn't until about three years ago someone told me the story changes and not just the route itself that I finally tried Claire A and Leon B and saw how much more sense it made.
Yeah, I always liked how when the momment came in Leon-B, Ada sacrifices even her mission to save him, it made Leon and Ada relationship in future games so much more powerful. I liked that more than the discussion in the bridge and then Anette interfering.
I also liked how in Umbrella Chronicles, Ada must gain Wesker's trust back by getting the G sample anyway, but now she's all beated up.
Oh no, she totally survives "naturally" RE2 one might say. The Wesker part I'm talking about is in Umbrella Chronicles, where she's still in Raccoon City after RE2 and Wesker contacts her, telling her she failed him. She was working for him all RE2.
