Regarding Frugalist...
Potentially dumb questions inbound... but I come from some games where achievement descriptions aren't always accurate...

Can you take ANY damage while attempting Frugalist, or is it only a healing item restriction? Like if I finish the game on danger, do I still win?

Can you use red/blue herbs? Technically not recovering health, but giving you a boost...

I ask because I'm about to embark on an assisted mode Frugalist/Minimalist run and just wanted to make sure I know the rules properly

Thanks!

I'm not sure about the red/blue herb usage, technically not healing health but it does heal poisoning. I wouldn't risk it.

You can finish the game on danger. Don't use any herb or spray.

You can take damage. You just can't use any recovery items. I assume Blue and Blue+Red do count as recovery items as well, even if they don't restore HP.

Hats off to those who can manage to get this achievement without using infinite weapons!

I'm going for minimalist and frugalist in one go, so no unlimited for me... but, it is on assisted mode. So far I've done 4 playthroughs all on hardcore, time for me to have some careless fun!
