suggestions needed for modding websites

i only know nexusmods but there are few mods there any other websites suggestions? googled a lot but couldnt find a good one

RE0, RE1, RE2 RE-Imagined, RE3 RE-IMAGINED, RE4 (Sourcenext), RE4 HD (Steam), RE5, RE6, RE7, RE Village, RE Revelations 1 and 2.
We also recently added PS2 Outbreak 1 and 2 mods

That's pretty much your options. Either Nexus, or the Resident Evil modding forums. Anything else is paid mods.

I never had trouble there, but then again, I'n not an average Joe between the chair and the keyboard...

playground dot sru is virtually the worst I've ever seen. It's like a big dumpster filled with every sort or crap. Avoid it like a plague. Has nothing to do with being an "average Joe".
