My RE is not RE if it's not about zombies and Raccoon City. Besides, with RE3make and REsistance Capcom showed they don't care about their fans and would feed them anything. Because of what they did last year I'm through pre-ordering anything from them.

Inb4 What's wrong with RE3 and REsistance:

1) RE3 did not get the production quality it deserved, being outsourced to another studio
2) RE3 was not faithful to the original in terms of content, locations, story etc
3) RE3 was short and had no replayability unlike the original
4) RE3 was weaker to RE2 in graphics and physics
5) RE3 got no post-launch support like DLCs, modes, costumes etc
6) REsistance turned out to be a disaster, especially for PC, with massive hackers, lags and you name it

this is literally just a troll post, and a bunch of trolls (or one troll with multiple accounts). just buy the game if you want, or dont if you dont want. i already bought it and will play tf out of it like i did 7 and both recent remakes.

theres def some safe bets you could pre order but the question is why? you can still buy it day 1 after the first few reviews are there, usually review copies are handed out 1 week prior so you know anyways.

because on other 3rd party sites i use its cheaper to pre-order then to buy on release.

Already pre-purchased RE8 Deluxe Edition.

Pretty apparent that Capcom rushed 3 in order to have a major RE release in their financial year with the confidence that they'd have 8 ready to launch the year following. Maybe RE3 was also a trial for RE4 remake mechanics? Capcom has loved the annual release schedule for RE, even if it meant rushing 3, so would it be wicked to assume that 4 remake was prioritized even during the development of 3, perhaps with an eye on a 2022 release?

Whether it's that soon or not, with the popularity and prestige the series is enjoying right now 4 is happening, and if the remake developers are basically the same team for all installments (2,3,4) they'll have more time to build on their shared foundation to give the renowned 4 a greater amount of care and polish than 3 received, which, given that I'm only seeing the same information as everyone else, I kind of expect to happen at this point. But game development is challenging and even with RE's recent regularity release dates are never certain, so who can say.

I have never preordered anything after they stopped doing really good preorder bonuses about 10 years ago. I ALMOST preordered Cyberpunk but I didn't because no bonus, and look how that turned out.

But because of this post I'm gonna preorder village.
