Clock Tower.

How do you get to it? I've been outside, I got the first set of gears. I'm trying to get the other pieces of the electric parts to open the cell and I know I gotta make it to the clock tower but I can't figure out how to get there.

You need the tool from a locked room on F1. For this room you need the heart key (Claire) or the club key (Leon). You can use the tool to overcome the bookshelves in the library. That's it

Where do I find the club key?

With the crank from the underground car park you can open a gate on F2 of the RPD. Then you go up stairs and down a ladder. Then you can't miss it

This is where I'm stuck. I've been outside, I've gotten the key off of the board where it asks "did someone lose a key?" I just don't know where to go next.

go to the west hall where you opened the door with the yellow tape over the console switch after meeting marvin in the beginning. In there, you will find lickers, zombies and mr. x. You will also find the door for the club key after the first right turn.

If you forget where to go and don't want to watch a video or walkthrough, just check your map.
Rooms with unsolved puzzle and items are red. Clear all of them you should finish the game.

I actually found it right after I posted it, the records room.

So I've made it to the clock tower. I've put the big gear and little gear in place and I see the box I need but I can't reach it, What should I do now?

I should state I'm missing the final gear for upstairs, and don't know where it's at.

You insert the big gear to lower the ladder, then you pick it up and install it upstairs, then install the small one downstairs.

I've done that. Install the big gear to drop the little ladder. Grab the small gear from upstairs and install it in the slot downstairs, But there's also a gear upstairs that I am missing to complete the puzzle.

You install the big gear (remove it first from downstairs).
