I recommend watching someone play a small snippet to get a feel for the game.
But the game is highly worth it in my opinion.
I heard the game is damn good, Ykw i'll get it. I'll watch some gameplay to get comfortable
Situations where you're suddenly faced with a serious problem and it's not immediately clear how to best deal with it, or when somehting you think is going to work doesn't quite go as you thought it would and you have to improvise, quickly.
Resident Evil 2'19 does this really well.
Thats what i wanted to hear thanks :)
RE4 you are like Chuck Norris beating down the crap out of a bunch of ragdolls and you can find ammo everywhere anywhere you need and want all the time (if you explore and dont just go missing shots all the time).
RE2 Remake is a survival horror that forces you to run through zombies and other enemies to save your ammo (but still you can find ammo needed to kill everything if you explore properly for scavenging and dont just go wasting bullets a lot) but the core thing is to dodge stuff not to kill everything.
]In case you dont want to read some spoilers, just skip it:
In case you dont want to read, just skip it The most scary moments are jumpscares of enemies next to your face or you hearing Mr X stomping around and you dont know exactly where he is or when he will show up (probably on the worst situation like where you already have a licker in front and 2 zombies behind or when you are at a dead end already with a licker at you . . . or some even worst situation).
So yes, to avoid this kind of situation, learn the area and what zombies and lickers you have to kill to make your life easier with Mr X around and just dont waste ammo on Mr X In case you dont want to read, just skip it
Learn the game and there wont be anything scary at all, but the first times you play it probably will be some jumpscares and dangerous situations, yes
I think he just clipped into a dead licker and it glitched but it freaked me out
If you want to dial it up to 11; install the 1st person mod, then you get a Alien: Isolation atmosphere thing going on with the Resident Evil 2 setting. Highly recommended!

This with 1st person mod would give you an Alien Isolation atmosphere :D
It's close to the Silent Hill games, but this one is more action-based while Silent Hill is more about the story-telling and the journey or so to speak.
