any mod to make RE 2 less scary?

I played the game without audio until the point MR X appear, and in the moment, I won't even dare to step out of the safe room

any mod that will do something like xray, knowing where Mr X is at all time?

Why are you playing a Horror game then if its that scary. The whole point of the game is to be scary so i highly doubt there is any mods to make it less scary. Not trying to be rude but what did you expect from a legit Horror game?

Don't worry about it! Just enjoy how you want to! There is a mod to remove him which I posted if that helps out. Won't get the exact experience, but I'm sure you'll enjoy it nonetheless!

if you just push yourself. you will find a great sense achievement with every section your yourself through. then eventually you will become desensitised to it's horror

imo it sucks you dont wanna deal with mr x, he's basically a staple now and made even more important in this game, but do what you will i suppose

you get used to Mr. X after like 10 mins of having him pursue you i have surround sound headphones so it makes it awful at first trust me u will just get used to it

You must play with audio to know some hint about enemies position. By the way, you can use a mod to remove Mr.X, but lose all fun in first run.

The game is not scary in general. Until today, only RE1 original version was scary to me.
Serious, in second run, when you see Mr.X, you will say "oh ♥♥♥♥, the boring guy again..."

Nemesis mod is still better especially since the modder somehow manage to get the iconic "STARS" line included with the mod.
