Reopen Goddess statue.
I missed the SMG suppressor when I lowered the entrance to the secret tunnel because I didn't have the STARS badge. Is there any way to reopen the Statue to go back and get it?

Its a intentional Tease!

You cannot physically get the Suppressor until you've got to the sewers. (bridge broken where you fight birkin, and statue cannot be re-used) Sewers will bring you back to the bottom of the stairs. You cannot get it earlier in the game either: You need the ornamented box from the Interrogation room (which you cannot access still after the underground car park section and using the Cheifs lift.
