If you load the '98 costume you'll get the best reference - her RE2 model was pretty deep brown/auburn, whereas promo-art and CGI clips made it slightly brighter, but again, not 'red' red, even though you can make more redder versions of that hair/style.
Her RE2-Revelations model took on the deep-red auburn approach, as did future games (making it far more reddish).
