How to escape the jail on Hardcore?

Thats the one after you get the parking keycard right? run pull the lever, go down the corridor with mr. x and toss a flashbang is the easiest way out.

You may want to use red + blue mix herb just to tank through them.

just lead mr x to that open area and circle around him. theres also a jail cell with a hole in the wall, i'm guessing if you quickly dart in there you can use it to circle around him

also flashbangs are super effective against mr x. just blind him and run away

One flashbang should do the trick. After you picked up the parking card and the cells opens, activate the lever and wait for Mr. X to come close and run away from his attack. When you get to the end of the hall, throw a flashbang over the group of zombies and run to the exit.

Wait. Mr. X wasn't even there. I was just thinking about how to dodge the zombie horde. I tried speeding through but got grabbed by multiple zombies, so it was instant game over.

So he's there, too?

As other's have said just use a flashbang, extremely useful :)

When I played that part in Hardcore as Leon, Mr.X got a punch on me which took me to danger but I healed up and just ran and I was lucky to dodge all the zombies and get out, I never thought about using flashbang, next time I will use for sure!

if you pull the lever, you can actually go left corridor. but the game will trigger spawn mr x there. actually its easier to avoid him than zombies

You have 2 options there. Depends if u aim for time or aim to survive. 1st is to go left side to Mrx here if u fast in Cell u have hiden pasage to other cell and u can pass him this depends on how fast u r . So sometimes u can get hit by Mrx second u can bait his atack and pass him. When u run to next room 3 zombies will atack you flash granade them and pass . 2nd option is to save time Run straith to zombie horde and when u will be close to first zombie throw flash granade . then u pass 1 or 2 zombies and MRX apear throw another flashbang and pass them all. Care that if u flash MRx he will do 1 Blind atack so w8 for that.
