Have you played Resi3? Nemesis takes an insane amount of punishment, and some would argue he would live even through Jill's final shots at him.

He likely only died to the city being nuked.

Nemesis is volatile as well. He even survived rail gun shot. Birkin dealt with Trench in side stories but was defeated by Nemesis in H2H. As far as I understand Nemesis probably was programmed to fight other Tyrants as well since there was some prototypes Tyrants that could go wild in RC.

This thread seems to have turned into who a would beat whom discussion, which is fair enough, however to me Nemesis is cooler regardless.

Birkin is a desparate scientist gone mad to his own experiment.
Nemesis is a Terminator undead. How badass is that.

You are comparing a main character and a Tyrant ? William Birkin couldn't take down Leon or Claire for that matter.

Why would they fight though? Nemesis is specifically tasked with killing STARS members, and Birkin should have no business fighting tyrants except the one who's a direct threat to his daughter.

Nemesis can be partially controlled by umbrella, wich mean he can actually fight things other than stars. Since Nemesis hate umbrella it seems normal to want to kill things that are parts of umbrella.

That's true. I'm really confused here myself because they would really have no business to meet each other. Why would they fight?

Also why is it Nemesis is only tasked with killing STARS members? What's Umbrellas issue with them? I'm sure there were a few STARS members who didn't got involved in the mansion incident.

Rebecca in RE0 wich mean one umbrella center down, mansion in RE1 gone and Wesker defeated. Tyrants down.

At this point STARS members entered the hood of Umbrella and collecting data from STARS survivor seems good.

I prefer that rather than if it went 2 people insulting each others ^^, it's interesting to read what people have to say, some says "Birkin mutated a lot of times so he evolve a lot, like Son Goku in DBZ" and some says "Nemesis went down multiple time and mostly never changed form, that's how badass he is just like Ash's pikachu", so for some Nemesis is the best even if his attacks doesn't change that much, and for some Birkin his the best because his appearance change a lot and his attack pattern are somewhat different. In the end we all have our favorite monster.

In the end though it took a facility self destruct to kill Birkin and I'm pretty sure Nemesis died from the railgun+ magnum hs. At that point his body breaks down which never happens to Birkin.

Birkins regen factor is far beyond that of nemesis. Nemesis has the standard T as well as well as some kind of parasite which is why he is intelligent. Between them he may be immune to small arms but massive physical damage such as that which the railgun does he cannot regen from.

Nemesis might be better against humans but against larger creatures with enough strength he wouldnt last super long.

Let's be honest Nemesis is most dangerous BOW in Resident Evil and most difficult foe. Birkin is creepy and tragic but not a crazy threat.

No way! Birkin is almost impossible to kill. Sure you might beat him but he is only going to get bigger, stronger and more powerful
