the models are already available in different formats fbx, obj, ascii, 3ds. rigged and poseable

Now links? idk if thats allowed here, but the most easy way to find them is learning bout a site called deviantart and "XPS" thats it.

i mean those are vg assets and i dont think capcom is "ok" with people sharing any modified data from this game, i kno "who cares?" people do it all the time steam workshop is filled with stuff ripped from videogames, left4dead 2 and GTA V have Senran kagura characters or Dead or alive girls there and i dont think koei-tecmo gave any permission to do this, but its tolerated... lol Look at gary's mod and blender on steam, plenty of vg assets right there.

anyway ill give the links i hope the mod doesnt ban me or somethign and well meh just hold on brb...

xentax and facepunch sites are the most experienced communities but the stuff there is too "technical" it would require several hours of reading, watching video tuts and plenty more to learn about just the basics of modding
So the easiest way for messing around with 3d models is watching them at sketchfab site or use xps/xnalara software, its very simple, download the main program, then get the model files and thats it, there's some tuts about xps/xna in deviant art no big deal.
