Best use of magnum ammo?

Not sure how to best utilize it. Bosses only? I dont have a lot but Ive always found when I get something precious like magnum ammo I end up hoarding it and never using it.

I saved it for bosses myself. I had about 24 magnum shots left for the G3 fight and it went pretty smoothly with just that.

Save magnum ammo for lickers and boss

to be honest not really any good use for it ... ended also up on HC ending game with almost all of it in the stash ... without many spoils, you will do good on HC for last two bosses with around 20 bullets plus those inside the gun

Probably bosses, lickers and those f-ed up sewer folk. I do the same with ammo and special items, always thinking there'll be something worse around the corner, better save it... then not using it at all :D

Classic was pipebombs and molotovs in L4D.

I didnt find 24 magnum rounds and i pretty much looked for every item in the game. Maybe its hidden somewhere.

Nah, the flamethrower is far better at killing the sewer things than the Deagle.

Use it for the last Birkin boss fight. The very last "secret" boss(s) use fast shooting weapons I think.

Shotgun/Nade Launcher for lickers, normal pistol ammo for zombies. The SMG is terrible for zombies but great vs lickers.

Flame thrower is only good against the sewer monsters and the plant zombies. The needle gun or spark or whatever it's called is only good for the sewer monsters and hitting bosses on weak spots. It's completely useless and wasteful on normal zombies and plant zombies.

Magnum is always reserved for bosses in every RE game. One of the streamers I watched, I think it was Shroud, wasted magnum rounds on dogs and I cringed so hard it hurt, lol.
