Do tyrants dress themselves, or did some umbrella intern draw the short straw?
I've always wondered this. would suck to be that guy who had to dress up the nemesis

Haha! This passed my mind before too. Maybe they have machines who do it.
Kurtino Jan 31, 2019 @ 7:55am
I would say it's a machine, since the coat is actually a piece of technology that prohibits their rapid mutations which make them unstable, and without their coat they normally mutate out of control.

I also want to know if they unzip themselves for a quick little pee every now and then.
I mean, they are alive so they need to pee right?

Makes you wonder if the Hat was added though. For some reason I imagine some scientist befriending Mr.X and giving him the hat to complete the outfit. Would explain why you can sometimes see him feel for the hat when it's knocked off. Like... he lost something precious.

I hate knocking it off, he tips it after punching you if he has it on still

It's a containment suit. The clothes Tyrants wear stop further mutations, that's why when the clothes get damage they start mutating and losing control.

The hat was probably just to hide the inhuman features from surveillance and catch witnesses offguard

I would imagine they pump some sleepy fluid into him to make him chill out and then put the coat on. I doubt Umbrella want their top secret best scientists getting their heads caved in by their creations. Then again this is Umbrella, and they seem to think everybody is expendable... so who knows.

Either way, I don't want that job. In fact I don't want to work for Umbrella at all. No matter how good of a job you do for them they're going to kill you eventually, or your lab is going to go on lockdown because of an escaped virus and turn you into a zombie.

To my knowledge Tyrants are just clones of a particular guy from a RE I didn't play injected with a particular strain of the virus that makes them easy to control as long as they don't mutate further.

From what I remember reading at the time the guy called them brothers and he too was huge and weared a similar trenchcoat.

Oh. Well you can put the coat on him then if you're so sure he's controllable. I'll watch from this CCTV camera 300 miles away.

No thanks, I rather join you to watch and let someone else do it xD

Fun fact, Nemesis is just an attempt to build a Tyrant by an Umbrella rival company (the one ada works for if I remember right) with the "worm" strain of the virus.

Yep, found him:

https://residentevil.fandom.com/wiki/Sergei_Vladimir

"Sergei also ordered the re-engineering of two T-103 Tyrants in order to produce his personal bodyguards, known as "Ivan""

I guess he is it. According to that Article, he was involved in Tyrant research and called them his brothers.

Tyrants must be controllable or they wouldn't complete orders. or maybe their dressed when not fully active, I doubt they take it off once its been put on.
