The spade key didn't spawn in my run
So there's no spade key in my run. It's not on the desk, and the room is showing as fully searched. It's not in my box, and I have no memory of picking the key up in the first place, what do I do?

Restart your game it should be fairly early won't be missing much progress.

Try restarting your game. You are at the beginning so it shouldn't be a problem.
