Film noise...
Is the film noise option causing anyone else issues? It's causing really bad diagonal lines along the screen as well as almost a checkered like grid as well. Game looks fine with it off but as soon as I turn it on it looks horrible. Is this just a glitch or is anyone else experiencing it?

Played with it on, no issue. Do you use interlacing? Upscaling?

Best you post a screenshot of how it looks

It's hard to see in a screenshot because the lines are moving around on the screen. I do not use interlace and up scaling actually helps it in some cases. Default resolution is 1920x1080 but used dsr up to 4k and the issue went away. It's really strange. I thought my monitor was giving me fits but I tried out many different games with film grain effects to see if I could duplicate it and I could not.

I play with film noise off, and I also see wierd diagonal lines in the lighting. Its not gamebreaking, but its easy to notice

Not sure if it's film noise but after riding the cable car I came across a female zombie that had horizontal lines across her face and neck, seeming to move along with her hair.
I think it was to do with lighting. She was in the canteen, which IIRC is dark.

It's called posterization or banding, for some reason turning off film grain makes it show up.

Thats downsampling, not upscaling.

I have exact same problem. Noticeable diagonal lines when I turned film noise on.
I don't see that lines at police station, but other places etc. sewer, underground
