Library showing up as red/T handle use locations

So I went back to the RPD after the sewers and the library is still lit up red on the map. I've walked around it 3-4 times and haven't found anything.
Am I missing something?

Edit; found some handgun ammo hiding in a corner of the library.

Also do you use the T handle after riding the cable car? It hasn't been "checked off" yet. Is there a hidden door?

took me a while to find that ammo too)

The T-handle is useless after the cable car ride, you must have not used it to unlock a shortcut in the sewers. There are several but one isn't that necessary unless you take a specific way back

Is that the shortcut with the T handle hydrant broken on one side?

Got the sewer gates and got back to the secret room, used the roll film and worked out the "hiding places"; got the treasure hunter achievement after that.

Doing my completionist run as Leon1A and will probably do my rocket run as Claire1B

I don't remember the specific one, just look around for red doors on the map in the sewers
